（中央社記者游凱翔台北4日電）內湖交通壅塞難解，台北市交通局今天拋出「收擁擠稅」想法；市長柯文哲接受電台專訪時表示，收稅須由市議會同意，方案仍在研擬階段，距離實施還有很長時間，可以不用緊張。
內湖交通壅塞，台北市交通局長鍾慧諭表示，已針對收擁擠稅、高乘載車道、單雙日管制車牌和公車專用道等措施進行民調，改善方案暫訂2月中向市長報告。
柯文哲晚間接受台北廣播電台「公民總主筆」節目專訪時表示，解決內湖壅塞共有20幾個方案，且收稅必須由台北市議會同意，強調台北非新加坡、上海，不是想怎樣就可以怎樣。
柯文哲於媒體聯訪時也說，這些方案目前仍在研擬階段，距離實施還有很長一段時間，可以不用緊張。1050204
